The LCA Junior High Beta Club inducted 61 seventh grade students on Friday morning, March 12, 2021. The ceremony was led by student leaders: Ava Harrison, Avery Leach, Ethan Ratliff, Josh Brand, Luke Wood, and Chloe Carroll. Read More Here

We are so excited to have two LCA alums involved in the NCAA Basketball Tournament this year!

Fun fact: Kyle and Jack were part of the LCA Boys Basketball team that won its first 43rd District Championship in 2017 - Kyle as a player and Jack as the student manager!

Connor Hayes Competes at KTCCCA State Championship
Congrats to LCA senior, Connor Hayes, on winning the 2021 KTCCCA Men’s Class A 1500 Meter Run State Championship with a KY #2 and US #5 time of 4:01.50! After graduation, Connor will continue his running career at the University of Kentucky.
LCA Archery Team Competes at State Meet
LCA Archery had a great showing at the Kentucky NASP (National Archery in School Program) State Tournament in Louisville on Saturday, March 13, 2021. Elementary, Middle School and High School all made it to the state tournament together for the first time in school history!
LCA Dance Team Participates in First Competition of the Season
The LCA Dance team participated in its first competition of the season at the Cheer Elite Invitational in Prestonsburg, Kentucky on March 6. The team won the following awards: 1st Place-Hip Hop; 1st Place-Pom; and 1st Place-Time Out Route. They also had the highest score of the competition earning them the Ultimate Champion Award with a paid bid to nationals.
Zac Barnhart Announced as New Spirital Life Director
Lexington Christian Academy announced today that is has hired Zac Barnhart as the Elementary Spiritual Life Director. In partnership with the principal, as well as the school’s other spiritual life directors, this individual is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the elementary spiritual life programs, including chapel, outreach, and missions. In addition, the SLD promotes a school-wide discipleship culture by ministering to the student body and employees of the campus and LCA as a whole. Read More Here

Congratulations to the LCA Freshmen Boys Basketball Team on winning the 11th Region Tournament on Saturday, February 27, 2021. The boys defeated Lexington Catholic with a last second shot by Saxton Howard in overtime!
