HEAD OF SCHOOL

The Head of School at Lexington Christian Academy (LCA) serves as the chief executive officer, responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the fulfillment of LCA’s mission of Christ-centered education. As the sole direct report to the Board of Directors, the Head of School leads the entire organization, with all faculty, staff, and administrative functions rolling up through this position. This role is pivotal in maintaining the school’s spiritual foundation while driving academic excellence, institutional growth, and community engagement.
