LCA to Dedicate New Turf Field at White, Greer & Maggard Stadium

Lexington Christian Academy, Lexington’s largest independent K-12 Christian school, is pleased to announce the dedication of their new turf field at the White, Greer & Maggard Stadium which will be held this Friday, September 9 prior to the 2022 Asbury Bowl featuring the LCA Eagles and the Christian Academy of Louisville Centurions. Pregame ceremonies will begin at 6:45pm, and kickoff is scheduled for 7:30pm. 

“LCA’s new turf field at White, Greer & Maggard Stadium is such a blessing and will be a tremendous asset to the thousands of students who attend LCA now and for generations to come, allowing for more efficient use of our facilities and providing a more durable, safer playing environment,” said LCA’s Head of School Dr. Scott Wells.  

LCA, which was founded in 1989, becomes the final high school in Fayette County (public and private) to install a synthetic turf playing surface. Thanks to a generous contribution by White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics, the new field is now a reality.
