LCA Names Mrs. Lea Clark as 6th-8th Grade Principal
Lexington, Kentucky (December 23, 2024) - Lexington Christian Academy (LCA) is delighted to announce that Mrs. Lea Clark has been appointed as the new 6th - 8th Grade Principal.
Mrs. Clark has been a cherished member of the LCA family for 25 years, serving as a parent, teacher, and administrator. Her journey at LCA began 18 years ago when she joined as a 6th-grade science and history teacher at the Immanuel Baptist Church Campus. She later transitioned to teaching 8th-grade science in the junior high program before stepping into the role of Assistant Principal in 2021.
A dedicated educator and leader, Mrs. Clark brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to Christian education. Her passion for fostering a Biblical worldview and maintaining academic excellence has been evident throughout her tenure.
Mrs. Clark and her husband, Brian, have been married for 31 years. The couple first met while attending Milligan University in Johnson City, Tennessee. They are proud parents to three LCA alumni: Boone (’15), Will (’18), and Briley (’20), who attended LCA from preschool through 12th grade. This year, the Clark family has even more to celebrate with the addition of their first grandchild, Gwendolyn Rose-Marie.
Reflecting on her new role, Mrs. Clark shared, "I am incredibly excited to step into this position as God continues to guide me on this amazing journey. I am passionate about the value of Christian education and feel truly blessed to partner with our teachers and staff in building a foundation of faith for our students. Together, we strive to equip them for the future by integrating Biblical principles into our academic instruction and upholding high standards of excellence. My prayer is that God continues to bless our teachers, parents, and students in this new chapter as we seek to honor Him in all we do.”
Although Mrs. Clark’s leadership is well-known within the LCA community, we invite everyone to join us in celebrating her new role as 6th-8th Grade Principal.
