2021 High School Awards Day

Ms. Vanderpool wrote a special message to her AP Calculus BC class: “The first challenge they met was having me for three years. The second thing to overcome was very difficult material including topics from AB that could not be completed during their junior year when schools shut down. Sometimes if we can’t settle on one student, we look over the awards everyone is receiving and go with someone that doesn’t have as many as someone else, but when I looked at the list – all ten were already receiving an award. How do you pick a winner from a class of winners? I would like to have them stand as a class – the award goes to the class – they have become a family.”
