Teachers & Staff at Lexington Christian Academy are the heartbeat of our school. Our teachers are experts in their content area and inspire our students to discover, collaborate, problem solve, and become critical thinkers. Most importantly, every LCA teacher and staff member consider it a blessing and priority to educate our students to fulfill God’s calling on their lives.

The Celebrate Teachers & Staff is a restricted program that provides a monetary Christmas bonus for all full and part-time education employees and support staff. Restricted gifts can be spent only for a specific purpose, like Celebrate Teachers & Staff. We ask you to pray and consider a gift to Celebrate Teachers & Staff in addition to your Annual Fund donation. Thanks for giving to the people who make LCA an incredible school and community. A gift of any amount makes a real difference! Click here to donate.

Dear LCA Families,

Welcome to the 2021-22 school year!  As we prepare for the start of school, each year we ask our families to review and update their demographic information as well as data pertaining to t-shirt sizes, social media rights, and optional tuition programs.  In addition, we ask families to read and then attest to agreeing with the school's student handbook.

This year is no different; however, we have organized the forms into a single process - The Annual Verification Process.  The Annual Verification Process permits families to easily review and make updates to the data stored in our school information system.  The process includes the following forms:

  • Student Demographic Form
  • Student Medical Form
  • Custodial Parent Form
  • Emergency Contact Form
  • Transportation Form
  • Grandparents Form
  • Student's current t-shirt size
  • Social Media Authorization
  • Tuition Refund Insurance Information
  • "Round Up for Education"

Families can access the Annual Verification Form and its supporting documents by logging into FACTS Family.  As a reminder, our district code is LX-KY.  Once you log into the system, select SCHOOL, WEB FORMS, and then 2021-22 ANNUAL VERIFICATION.

Our preschool and elementary campus will publish homeroom teacher assignments on Friday, August 6.  Our Sixth Grade Academy, Junior High, and High School will publish class schedules on Monday, August 2.

Families must complete and submit their annual verification forms in order to be eligible to receive their students' homeroom assignments and class schedules.

If the FACTS Family page appears to load incorrectly after logging in, try a hard refresh to correct it. If using a PC use control +F5 or command + shift + r on a Mac. If you have other questions or encounter additional problems with the Annual Verification Form, please email the Admissions Office at

Again, welcome back! We look forward to seeing you soon!

Beth Joseph at or (859) 422-5758.

All lunch orders must be entered by 8:30 a.m. Any order placed after 8:30 a.m. will receive a brown bag "emergency" lunch.

If you ordered a lunch and your student will be absent that day, you must call the office by 8:30 a.m. to cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled after 8:30 a.m., and you will be charged for that day's order.
