Dear LCA Families,
Welcome to the 2021-22 school year! As we prepare for the start of school, each year we ask our families to review and update their demographic information as well as data pertaining to t-shirt sizes, social media rights, and optional tuition programs. In addition, we ask families to read and then attest to agreeing with the school's student handbook.
This year is no different; however, we have organized the forms into a single process - The Annual Verification Process. The Annual Verification Process permits families to easily review and make updates to the data stored in our school information system. The process includes the following forms:
FAMILY DEMOGRAPHIC FORM
- Student Demographic Form
- Student Medical Form
- Custodial Parent Form
- Emergency Contact Form
- Transportation Form
- Grandparents Form
STUDENT T-SHIRT, SOCIAL MEDIA and TUITION INFORMATION FORM
- Student's current t-shirt size
- Social Media Authorization
- Tuition Refund Insurance Information
- "Round Up for Education"
2021-22 STUDENT HANDBOOK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Families can access the Annual Verification Form and its supporting documents by logging into FACTS Family. As a reminder, our district code is LX-KY. Once you log into the system, select SCHOOL, WEB FORMS, and then 2021-22 ANNUAL VERIFICATION.
COMPLETION OF THE ANNUAL VERIFICATION PROCESS IS DUE BY THURSDAY, JULY 29.
Our preschool and elementary campus will publish homeroom teacher assignments on Friday, August 6. Our Sixth Grade Academy, Junior High, and High School will publish class schedules on Monday, August 2.
Families must complete and submit their annual verification forms in order to be eligible to receive their students' homeroom assignments and class schedules.
If the FACTS Family page appears to load incorrectly after logging in, try a hard refresh to correct it. If using a PC use control +F5 or command + shift + r on a Mac. If you have other questions or encounter additional problems with the Annual Verification Form, please email the Admissions Office at email@example.com.
Again, welcome back! We look forward to seeing you soon!

Ways to Give
When Lexington Christian Academy celebrated its 30th Anniversary in 2019, we were reminded of our rich and rewarding heritage and know it is this history that has prepared us for a promising, successful future. It is because of donations, through generosity, stewardship and volunteering that has helped us to sustain and enhance our programs and facilities. In order to continue our commitment to excellence and advancement of God's Kingdom, we rely on the consistent and generous support of those who share the goals as LCA and want to see it prosper. We offer a number of ways to support LCA and hope that families will make the school a priority in their giving.
The Annual Fund is a giving campaign, which covers the “Gap” and provides financial support for additional school initiatives. The “Gap” is the difference between tuition dollars received by the school and the actual costs of operating the institution. Your gift to LCA is an investment in the school's students, faculty and programming. Every gift, regardless of size, is important, and every person who gives is essential.
LCA's teachers and staff are at the heart of our school. In addition to classroom activities, they serve on committees, supervise extra-curricular activities, work diligently on school improvement plans and volunteer at events. A donation to the Celebrate Teachers & Staff program allows us to provide them with a monetary Christmas bonus. This year’s Celebrate Teachers & Staff Campaign will be held from October 21, 2021 through December 5, 2021.
The gala is the culminating event to celebrate the conclusion of the school’s annual fund campaign. Save the date of April 29, 2022 for next year's event!
The Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) is committed to supporting the mission of Lexington Christian Academy. The goals of the PTF include encouraging every parent to get involved, supporting the teachers and staff, and building community and school spirit.
In order to accomplish these goals, the PTF:
- Promotes opportunities for families to serve and volunteer.
- Hosts appreciation events and activities to LCA’s teachers and staff.
- Provides encouragement and support to LCA employees and families.
- Hosts campus or school-wide events and activities to provide fellowship, celebration, and fun for our families.
For more information about the PTF, click here.
