Whether your student is musically inclined, shines in the spotlight, or would rather pick up a paintbrush than a pen, the Fine Arts Department at LCA provides creative opportunities for everyone interested in pursuing art, music and drama. With award-winning programs and experienced faculty, our students get an early start in developing their talents. We believe creativity is a gift and a reflection of the creative God who made us. With that knowledge, we seek to foster an environment of artistic possibility that inspires students and gives them a variety of opportunities for expression through instrumental and vocal music, theatre arts, visual arts, and visual media.

Annual Musical Performance

Each spring, LCA students will present a musical or drama. Over the years, LCA students have entertained their audiences with performances of “Music Man”, “Wizard of Oz”, “Shrek", “Beauty and the Beast”, "The Little Mermaid" and "Bye Bye Birdie".

Student Theatre Club

A recent addition to LCA's drama program has been the student-led Theatre Club. In Theatre Club, students perform plays and gain acting experience along with people skills and team building skills. Active for two years and going on a third year, Theatre Club has performed "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe", "Radium Girls", and "Hotel Transylvania".
