An education at Lexington Christian Academy is about more than just academics; we believe that a good education also requires character development, leadership skills, teamwork, willingness to serve, and good sportsmanship -- just a few of the many qualities that we seek to instill in our students during their years at LCA. These important characteristics can’t be taught in the classroom alone.
Student life at LCA is about cultivating these qualities through extracurricular activities. There are several student organizations including academic teams, athletic teams, chapel committees, fine arts programs, honor societies, mission groups, student government, and yearbook staff – all looking for students to participate.
Whether competing on the field, planning student activities such as Homecoming, playing a drum, preparing for an academic challenge, or serving the community, students at LCA have many opportunities to learn and grow outside of the classroom.
